In 1988, Daxin Xinzhen Manganese-powder Factory was founded.
In 1996, The factory changed its name to Guangxi Daxin Xinzhen Manganese-products Co.,Ltd. .Also in this year construction of No.1 electric furnace was completed.
In 1997, Construction of No.2, No.3, No.4 electric furnaces were completed.
In 1998, XZMP was authorized to handle import & export business by government.
In 1999, Mr. Chen Zhenhua joined in XZMP as General Engineer,who is a famous expert in ferroalloy,and one of the experts formulated GB/T 4008-1996 State Standard of silicon manganese.
In 2000, XZMP annexed Tuhu Mine.And the extension of No.4 electric furnace was completed.
In 2001, ISO9002 Standard Quality System was established in XZMP,and the extension of No.2 electric furnace was completed.
In 2002, the extension of No.3 electric furnace was completed.
In 2003, ISO9001:2000 Standard Quality System was established in XZMP,and the construction of No.5 electric furnace was completed.
In 2004, XZMP acquired Tiandong Mine and Xinghu Mine. The construction of No.7 and No.8 electric furnace were completed.
In 2005, the construction of Refining Electric Furnace(No.6 furnace) was completed.

In 2006, Purchased Longmen Ferro-alloy factory and Xialei Ferro-alloy Factory.

In 2007, Purchased Jingxi Jinhua Manganese Co.,Ltd and established Guangxi Xin-manganese International trading Co.,Ltd.

In 2008, Guangxi Xin-manganese group Co.,Ltd was established through integration.
